We hope that you can trust us when we say we offer the top quality service that we can, however we understand words are just that. That is why we offer NO FIX NO FEE on MOST repairs.
Nobody likes unexpected bad news, and we think even less enjoy footing a bill to receive that bad news. While we do our best to properly diagnose issues before attempting repair, there are many hidden factors which may pose further issues. For this reason, if at any time the device requires more work which would incur additional costs to the repair, we will reach out and properly relay those issues with you. Should the repair not be worth the money at that time, we are happy to return the device with no diagnostic charge applied. So don’t just take our word on our top quality service, stop by for free diagnostics or we are always happy to share what knowledge we have.
The only time we charge for an incomplete repair is when we advise against a specific repair (which we provide reasoning for) and you choose for us to continue attempting the repair.
